1. Order Date Selection
- Once an order is placed, the delivery date you selected can be changed up to two days prior to the scheduled delivery date. You must inform us via email or phone using the contact details provided on our contact page.
- If you select the wrong date by mistake and fail to notify us in time, we are unable to issue a refund. This is due to the nature of our products, which are freshly baked and cannot be stored or sold on another day.
2. Incorrect Address
- It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate.
- If you provide the wrong address, you must inform us of the correct address at least one day prior to the delivery attempt. Failure to do so will result in no refund.
3. Damaged Products
- If you receive a damaged product, please take a clear photograph of the product and send it to us as proof.
- We will issue a refund once the damage is verified.
4. Delivery Time and Responsibility
- Deliveries will be made within the specific time range selected on the order page. For example, if you select Wednesday between 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, the delivery may happen at any time within this window.
- If no one is present at the delivery address during the selected time, the package will be left at the door. A photograph of the package will be taken as proof of delivery.
- We cannot issue a refund if the package is stolen or lost after delivery.
5. Product Quality
